The Adventurer {mother's day ideas}
Each woman treats Mother’s Day differently. Some wish to spend the day with family, while others take time away for a little peace and quiet. There are some who catch-up with friends over a glass of wine. And for some ladies, it’s a little bit of everything. I also want to respectfully acknowledge those amazing women in our lives who’ve played important roles in our lives: grandmas, aunts, cousins, sisters, best friends, partners and wives. Maybe an aunt raised you when your parents weren’t able to do it. Maybe your best friend amazes you with her can-do spirit while raising a tot on her own. Over the next few weeks I’ll share a few Mother’s Day activities and gift ideas for the lovely lady(s) this Mother’s Day.
The Adventurer loves to be out and about. Whether it’s a family outing at the farmers market or hiking along her favorite trail, she loves to explore. She always packs snacks for the kids so no one goes hungry on the way back home and magically has cold water for everyone as they clamber back in the car.
